Sharing more pages

These LO's are for challenges on one of my Yahoo! groups.

This was done with a swap that I had for a long time. I finally used it. I think these came out pretty good. At least I'm using up some of my stash on these LO's, which I'm super happy about.

This is the first LO I have done with this many photos on one 12x12. I'm pleased with the overall outcome on this one. I'm used to having more things on a page and less photos, so this was a big change for me. But... I like the way it turned out.

Busy Day....

It was a super busy day (let alone week). I had a field trip today with my youngest, and had one on Monday with my oldest. We went to the zoo on both trips. It was great, a little chilly out, but it was nice to be with them both on two different occasions (seperately).

I wasn't able to get any scrapping done today, and I'm not sure what the weekend will hold since it's the holiday. I'm hoping to squeeze some "me time" into the weekend somewhere and get some more scrapping done. I need to complete a few more challenges for MMFY, so I hope I can get them done by the 31st!

The boys will be out of school for the summer on the 30th. I can't believe the school year is over already. It feels like they just started a few weeks ago. Where does the time go?

Now I'm off to get some other household things done... maybe. I'm so pooped out from the day.

Layouts I've completed

This LO is for the journaling challenge on MMFY (www.makingmemoriesforyou.org). I used a kit from Keep in Touch (www.kitcardshop.com).

This is a card that I made for a COTM on one of my Yahoo! groups. I really liked this, so I will have to make myself one of these too.

This LO is for the scraplift challenge on MMFY. I really like how this turned out, and I used up some of my stash. That felt awesome to do!

Needless to say, I have actually gotten a few things accomplished in 2 days. I'm quite proud of myself! Now, I'm off to get some more done.

Been Trying....

I've been trying to get motivated, and just seemed to be unable to do so. However, I came across a super great forum at www.makingmemoriesforyou.org -- I think this has really sparked my creativity and I think I have found my all time fave scrapbooking forum!

Seriousness...

Now I'm really serious. I'm going to get this blog up and running. I will start right now! I'm determined to really get this going. I browse and stalk many blogs, and figured it was really time to get my own going. It such a great way to post your thoughts and a wide variety of things.

So with that said... I would like to thank ACOT for a great NSD weekend online crop. It really got my mojo flowing again. Here are a few layouts I completed for the challenges over at ACOT (www.acherryontop.com)

Ok... I cannot figure out how to get them to post so once I figure it out I will be posting them.
